Yes. In your free consultation, we can discuss all your requirements and create a custom package tailored to your needs.
+ How long will it take for my new website to go live?
It depends on the size and complexity of your site, and also how busy we are at the time you book the work with us.
i.e, For a five-page design, it could take between 10 to 14 days to be ready.
You then have a period in which you can request any changes you want to make to the website to get it exactly how you want it.
+ How do website revisions work?
In your free consultation, we discuss your needs and requirements.
After we have built to site you review the work and let us know any revisions/edits you want us to do.
After the work is complete you then get a further 14 days during which you can request any basic design changes you want.
+ Can you manage my website once it goes live?
We offer an exclusive subscription package once your website goes live.
This can be anything from adding bespoke additional features, blogs, promotional content, security updates, and backups.
Speak to one of our dedicated accounts managers who will be more than happy to discuss the packages available.
+ How does the payment for the web design service work?
Every project starts with a proposal that outlines the scope of the project, the timeline, and the total investment cost needed to complete the project. 50% of this will be due when you sign the proposal.
When the final version of the website has been approved and we are ready to launch, the final 50% will be due.
+ Do you offer discounts for charities?
